The easiest and safest way to find puppies available, with all the relevant health tests completed, is to go through a Breed Club. Their members have to abide by a code of ethics and could face being evicted from the Club if they are found to be using bad practice. The Clubs' contact details for Puppy Lists are as follows;

If you have no joy after contacting them, then you can try Champdogs which is a national dog website used by breeders to advertise their litters. (Please be careful and check that all relevant tests have been carried out).
The Kennel Club do hold lists and it may be worth a try, but usually they only display litters once they've been registered and they will probably all be sold by then. Click on this link (you may need to refresh the page).
