Buddy was the first born in Skye's litter and was the lightest pup until they reached six weeks old and then became the heaviest. He is like Skye is so many ways and we have many almost identical photos of him doing exactly the same things Skye got up to as a pup. He is very laid back, takes most things in his stride and has the sweetest temperament and I've no doubt that we made the right choice in keeping him.

He is easy to train and picks new ideas up very quickly - which isn't always a good thing! He is our Training School's mascot and has already helped some nervous dogs become more relaxed around other dogs. He is our demo for the puppy classes too with Hayley. He's already happy doing the tyre, tunnel, direction commands, going through the wings and is very fast too.

He's very affectionate and adores his Mum and Granny and plays for hours with Skye. He loves everyone and is very sensitive to your mood, putting his head on your knee and looking up at you with 'those' eyes.

We are so proud of our 'Little Budster' and are confident that we are sticking to our principle of breeding versitile border collies that are capable of doing any discipline.

All Buddy's littermates (except 1) have been sold to homes that will train them to a disipline and we look forward to hearing about their progress.
